14 day no quibble returns policy!

We stand behind the quality of the jewellery we sell.   Therefore if you are unhappy with your jewellery for any reason we are happy to refund your payment providing that:

• The product(s) are returned in the condition they were received including all packaging.
• All returns must be securely packaged and sent by "Royal Mail Recorded Signed For" to our UK office or via "Royal Mail International Signed For" to our Polish office (this however will be at your expense).
• If the package is lost or stolen you are responsible for claiming compensation from Royal Mail.
• Products are returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Any free gift sent with your order is also returned.
• Payment has been cleared and previously authorised.
• Where your order was paid by credit/debit card a refund can only be issued to the card used to make the original purchase.
• Earrings are excluded from the above due to hygiene reasons.
• A deduction from the purchase price may be made at the discretion of Amber Magic Jewellery where products are returned damaged or where packaging, which includes boxes, tissue paper, outer boxes/sleeves have not been included in the return.
• None of the above shall affect your statutory rights.
