Amber

All of our amber is genuine Baltic amber sourced from the Baltic sea north of Poland. Your jewellery has been skillfully prepared by craftsmen in Gdansk on the Polish coast, where they have been working with amber for hundreds of years.

Silver

All silver is 925 parts per 1000 pure silver.  This is the international Sterling Silver standard. All of our items are struck with the international "925" symbol to indicate the Sterling Silver standard.

Hallmarking

Jewellery over a certain weight is hallmarked by the Gdansk Assay Office.   This will include the hallmark shown in the picture which includes the purity (925), a letter representing the assay office (G for Gdansk) and the Polish symbol for silver which is the lady's head.   When the item is hallmarked by the Gdansk Assay Office it will be stated in the item description.
