Other information that we collect

When you visit the site we log your IP address, browser make and version and the date and time you entered the site.   This information is collected for traffic analysis and does not identify you unless you place an order.   We also keep a history of customer purchases, traffic patterns and site usage to identify customer trends to help us shape our business.

Your credit card details

• We do not store your credit or debit card details.
• When you place your order you are transferred to PayPal.   PayPal is an industry leader in on-line payments and encrypts your details using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology.   During this time you will see the little padlock symbol in the bottom right hand corner of your browser.

The use of Cookies

A cookie is a small piece of information given to your browser to be saved on your hard-drive that allows us to recognsie you on subsequent visits.   This enables us to remember your country setting if you have changed it and to know what you have added to your basket.   Most web browsers are set to accept cookies automatically, but you can change this setting. See your browser's "help topics" to learn how to change the setting.   If you choose not to accept cookies, you will only be able to browse the catalogue. You won't be able to buy anything as the site won't be able to track what you have added to your basket.
