Your jewellery will be sent directly from Poland using International Mail as a Priority Registered Letter.  Royal Mail will then deliver your package using Recorded Delivery.

All orders placed before 1 pm UK time Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day from Poland.  Poczta Polska (the Polish postal service) guarantees that your order will be on an aeroplane to the UK the very next day.  From then on your parcel is handed over to Royal Mail.  80% of Royal Mail Recorded Delivery post is delivered in 1 working day, but please be aware that they quote their delivery time as 1 to 10 working days.

From experience we can say that 99% of deliverys take 4 to 5 working days.

All jewellery is carefully packaged in a gift box.   This is put in a plain padded envelope.   Nothing on the envelope will indicate that the parcel has come from Amber Magic Jewellery just in case you are ordering as a surprise.

Any individual item priced over £100 will come in a luxury wooden jewellery box at no extra charge!
