3rd Party Orders

We complement our range of jewellery by also showing pieces on our website from carefully selected 3rd party UK jewellers such as H.Samuel, Astley Clarke, Ernest Jones, Find Jewellery, Jewellery.TV and others. When you click on one of these items you will be taken to their respective website and can order directly from them. For these items the packagint details and delivery terms of the respective 3rd party website then apply.

Your jewellery will be sent directly from Poland using International Mail as a Priority Registered Letter.  Royal Mail will then deliver your package using Recorded Delivery.

We try very hard to despatch all orders placed before 1 pm UK time Monday to Friday the same day from Poland.  Poczta Polska (the Polish postal service) guarantees that your order will be on an aeroplane to the UK the very next day.  From then on your parcel is handed over to Royal Mail.  80% of Royal Mail Recorded Delivery post is delivered in 1 working day, but please be aware that they quote their delivery time as 1 to 10 working days.

From experience we can say that 99% of deliverys take 4 to 5 working days.

All Amber Magic jewellery is carefully packaged in a gift box.   This is put in a plain padded envelope.   Nothing on the envelope will indicate that the parcel has come from Amber Magic Jewellery just in case you are ordering as a surprise.

Any individual Amber Magic item priced over £100 will come in a luxury wooden jewellery box at no extra charge!
